RETURN IN 5 STEPS
5 steps of the return or exchange process are presented below:
- RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM – the statement on withdrawing from the contract is
available HERE. - GOODS PACKAGING – please return the Goods in the original box and secure
the parcel properly, in order to protect it against damage in transport. - ATTACH THE DOCUMENTS – please print out and fill in the contract withdrawal
form, and attach it to the parcel with the Goods. - SEND THE PARCEL – please send the parcel to: La Sérénité, ul. Pionierów 13,
05-092 Łomianki, at your own expense, in a way selected at your discretion
(courier or post). We do not accept parcels sent to parcel collection points
(paczkomaty). Please place a legible note “return/exchange” on the parcel. - MONEY RETURN – this process may take up to 14 days. Money will be returned
to the bank account specified by you.
